Full-stack tourism platform combining physical card game mechanics with digital QR codes. Unlocks exclusive tour booking discounts, deep-dive cultural histories, and direct connections to local tour operators across Uganda.
The Challenge
Uganda boasts incredible tourism destinations, but local operators struggle to reach domestic and regional travelers through digital ads. Physical card games offered high engagement but lacked instant booking conversion.
Architecture & Solution
Created a bridge connecting physical game cards with digital web experiences. Each printed card features a unique cryptographic QR code that scans into a React 19 web app, unlocking rich video media, historic context, and direct booking discounts with certified operators.
